Is it normal for digitate sp. to express white tips during growth?I have a green and red with perfect polyp extension but white tips...several other acros doing great with none of the above aforementioned. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

yes, it's normal, or at least mine have shown this as well.

Yes, the white tips are new growth. They should eventually become covered in polyps with new white tips continuing to grow.
