I want to give a positive shout-out to @Dinkins Aquatic Gardens. I made my second order of pods and phyto from them while I was on vacation in Europe, using their feature to schedule a specific delivery date. I timed it so the package would arrive the day after I returned.
Due to some unknown website issue, the package arrived three days early, and since two of those days the temperature was in the 20s here in the Northeast, and the package was sitting on my porch all that time, this was a concern. DAG was super responsive, immediately sending a replacement shipment without any hassle. That’s customer service, and much appreciated!
