Dino & Cyano Identification

I've been battling a red/gray/orange blanket algae on my sandbed for the last month and I've now put it under a microscope.

I'm no scientist so these microscope pictures are not perfect but, what I think I am looking at two types of algae: #1 Cyanobacteria (the stringy stuff), and #2 Dinos (not sure which type though)

Any thoughts?

Here are some more closer pictures. One of the dino cells appears to have a "cyst"...leading me think it may be either Prorocentrum or Ostreopsis
