Dinos or Diatoms?

Hey Yall So My Tank is around 4-5 months old and recently started growing this brown algae. I had a dino outbreak a couple months ago. Defeated them with complete black out and did a half water change after (30 Gallon tank did 15 gallon change) . Then added new rock (aquacultured) and a couple fish thinking tank was somewhat mature and ready to have fish inside. Then after I started noticing brown spots all over the tank. No idea what it is. don't have a microscope to specify. Any feedback appreciated. Thank you

Without seeing them, it's hard to say. The dino's I've encountered have always included long, stringy strands with bubbles in them.
