Dipping

Can I use hydrogen peroxide and or iodine to get my corals

Ive never used Iodine for a dip, But I know it can be. I use Coral Revive and that works Great so far. Never had a problem with it and never lost any corals since using it!!

But my problem is it's 30$ a 1oz bottle

We bought ours from the LFS and I believe we got the 16oz bottle for 14.99.. If your talking about the Revive. If your talking about the Iodine go on ebay and type in Lugols Iodine you'll see some on there for 13$

Huh, Ive never used that type as a dip ive tried the Lugols but never Brightwell.. Hopefully someone sees your thread that used it so they can tell you how it is as a dip..

I prefer dipping new corals in Coral Rx before introducing into my system. I also use Iodine for dipping after fragging.

+1 CoralRX does work well, And I also use Iodine for Fragging.
