Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I came home from holiday and saw that my Zebrasoma Scopas had white spots covering its body, I’m fairly sure ist ich but might be velvet. I’ve had him nearly a year now. He has been eating normaly ( he eats a lot). Haven’t seen any of the symptoms yet. I’m not sure what to do. Should I remove all the
other fish and quarantine him?

Definitely not velvet - it does look to be ich though.
Best course of action is to remove all fish and treat with copper for 30 days, leaving the tank fishless for at least 60 days.

should I have 2 separate quarantine tank, because I have some fish that are less effected or not at all like wrasse?

Depends on the tank size, I’d split it more based on aggression and number of fish personally, as it’s safe to assume all are infected.
