Distributors that do NOT run copper in their water?

Hi,
Does anyone know of online distributors of fish (particularly Moray eels) that do not run copper in their water?
Copper seems to have an adverse effect on eels and their organ function. Therefore I am trying to avoid copper exposure.

I think most do, its the most effective way for getting parasites and fish disease off, and treatment of course if I'm not mistaken.

Let me rephrase: Are there any distributors that don't place eels in copper water?
