purchased a 30g starphire aquarium for dirt cheap. I am in the process of doing a hole DIY from the stand too the sump all the way too lighting for aquarium too see how much more cost efficient it is.
Tank-55$ at a pawn shop (brand new)
Stand- so far I’ve spent $75 on wood and tools needed. ( more to be added yet)
Sump-$30 tank (glass baffles on order with silicone $90.

Lol. Better too have over kill then not enough lol. I think it can hold probably a 100g no problem right now.
