Has anyone built a barrier to prevent fish from jumping out that’s not a lid? I was thinking about something like a four wall screen. I will post a picture to explain. I would just be using the cheap screen sold at the hardware store and the aluminum rails. I was thinking about 12 inches high with the front removable for feeding, etc.. it doesn’t need to be pretty because of its location but I’m tired of losing fish that jump out and I hate salt buildup on lids.
Thoughts, opinions? Better ideas?

They make similar barriers for trampolines. Use small mesh and tilt the barriers towards the tank so the jumpers get bumped back towards the water?

The benefit would be no loss in PAR like you might have with a screen lid. The cost would be potential rusting depending on what material you use. Also it looks hokie vs a screen lid which is less noticeable. :grinning-face-with-smiling-eyes:
