Diy led help

i bought a diy kit from a guy then when I was putting it together I realize the driver require a pwm signal my apex only does analog signal is there anyway to convert the signal . I was also told that using it with an analog signal could cause the drivers to catch fire . Any help would be great

Np. I was going to use it to move rc car servos to control a kessil a350. But never got to it.
