What does everyone use for a DIY lighting diffuser? Something that won’t be affected by heat, doesnt absorb uv, etc? Sanded acrylic? Lighting diffuser panel?

Note it claims UV absorbant, but its transparent to below 385nm. I can't measure below 385nm

Aware of any materials that allow UVA like 350nm through?Yes and yes. If you're softening the acrylic you're not pulling heat from the right spot
