Thinking of making a nanobox long quad for my standard 55g. 42” or. 48” , 4 arrays. Trying to find heatsink/enclosure.

You might try HeatsinkUSA, they can do a single 48” heatsink.

I would do a single or two half size heatsinks for a tank that large. I like the RapidLED premium enclosures, but they aren't large enough to fit the drivers inside if they're the standard LDD types.
