Nopox is 25% ethanol, 5% acetic acid,, and 2.5% methanol in water. This is difficult to reproduce exactly with vodka and vinegar. I've seen this DIY recipe: 500ml 5% vinegar, 375ml 40% vodka, 125ml rodi water, which gives 15% ethanol, 3% acetic acid and 0% methanol. The proportion of ethanol to acetic acid is 5:1, which is the same as Nopox. Methanol is a little more difficult to find, so typically not included in a DIY recipe.
