Here is my stand and canopy I built for my 120. Had some construction pics till I dumped my phone off the front of the boat into the lake. :squigglemouth:

Why'd you dump your phone into a lake? You know most phones aren't water proof. If you're gonna expose your electronics to water why not use a beautiful reef?

Forgot and left it sitting on the butt seat and it blew off. Shouldn't have been up there in the first place.

Don't feel bad... we've all obliterated a phone or two. My father seems to drop his in the toilet more times than he should.
The tank/stand looks great BTW!

I ran mine over with our fire engine once :( phone didn't make it.

Great looking stand!!!!!!

Very nice stand and canopy, professionally built! Might want to consider some ventilation for the canopy and some waterproof paint.

The canopy is sealed I just didn't stain it. Thought about painting it like the bottom but got to impatient. I have 2 4 1/2" fans I am going to cut in the top and vent out. Going to try to filter the air coming in as best I can try to cut down on the dust maybe. BTW what did I do to make my pics sideways.

Place one fan in each end, closer to the bottom of the canopy with both blowing in across the water surface and drill equal sized 4" or 120mm holes in the roof of the canopy for the hot air to escape.

I have done many write ups on fan placement over the last decade and this arrangement seems to be the best by far for an enclosed canopy.

Where to put fans?

AZDesertRat, Just read your article about fan placement. good info. have you ever experimented with filtering the air entering the fans, will this cut down to much on airflow. I have DIY led and heatsinks and trying to keep from so much dust collecting on them and the fans that cool them but at the same time push the heat they generate out as much as possible.
