just want to ask if its ok to use strontium carbonate and manganese dioxide for diy?

and if yes, please tell me the recipe. ty!

Not good choices. They both have very low solubility. Why pick those? There are much better choices.

The diy archive has recipes. I use food grade manganese gluconate. Strontium chloride is a good bet for it.
