DIY Sump Acrylic Baffles

Hi all,

Looking to replace the baffles in my Waterbox sump. The sump has some weird dimensions but is very close to a 40 breeder in terms of width. Can anyone recommend someone that can custom make some acrylic adjustable baffles and refugium dividers that would work?

Try www.jaxracks.com. I believe they make custom sizes. I bought a standard size overflow box and sump kit off their eBay store. Nice quality.

acrylic is pretty cheap at home depot and lowes. It isn't very hard to cut with a saw or with the scoring tool

here are the dividers i make for red sea sumps. i can make them any size and they use magnets to hold in place.

Do you make any kits that for standard tanks? Like a kit for 20 long or 55?

i can do that, yes.

Call your local sign shops. A good many of them have access to CNC equipment and acrylic. I am a CNC cutter for 3 sign shops in my area, and I've cut an order or two for reefers.
