DIY Sump Baffles

Yeah that is the plan to swing by the glass shop tomorrow morning and order it. I tried to call today but was no answer. I am hoping they can drill the 4" for me and save me the cost of buying the whole saw.
 
Got some 3/16th glass cut the glass was cheap but the shop got me on cleaning up the edges. I didn't really ask what it cost when the offered it so it is partly on me.

Either way got glass and they drilled the 4" hole for the filter sock. Got the 40B resealed and all the baffles installed. Not the best looking silicone. Had a hard time getting it into some of the tight areas and may have put on thicker than needed but these baffles don't move at all.
