If your water is 0 tds or very low, then it’s not an issue. Pure RODI water has virtually no buffering capacity, which means it will change to whatever chemistry the tank water has
Ok. I see. I will get a new test kit. I only tested it because my tank water dkh was coming in at 6-7.

I use an dual inline meter to check tds before and after DI cartridge. It’s handy to keep an eye on tds So you know if your RO filters or DI resin needs changed
