Alot of us like Monti caps, as myself, in their tanks. I purchased a starburst cap about 3 months ago. Love the coral and the coloration it gets when it grows. I have a 30 gallon cube nano so room is very limited for such a Beautiful coral, so it got me wondering what are everyone's take on these types of corals in a nano reef aquarium?

If you have pictures of your tank with one please share.

Monti caps grow large and fast and will shade out whatever is below them. The monti in my tank was grown from a 1 inch frag, in less than 18 months. This was my 90g, and I had to sell the coral.:(
