Do Duncan corals poop out of their mouth?

I hope heading doesn’t sound ridiculous, but do Duncan corals poop out of their months? I came home from work today and my Duncan frag was kinda drawed in. So looking at it, a pellet came out of it that’s at least 20x larger than the pellets I feed it. It’s fine now. Just curious.

Yes. Most LPS do excrete waste through their mouths.
There is no cause for concern.

IME at least with LPS and some soft corals about once a week they will expell their waste. My Trachyphyllia does this quite a bit if I feed consistently. nothing to be worried about
