Do Frogspawn reproduce through polyp bailing?

I was doing my rounds when my daughter noticed these two “new coral” under the rock ledge. The picture doesn’t show it but they are the same exact color as the frogspawn in the tank. I’ve seen euphilia split and I’ve seen them produce buds but I didn’t now that they could send off pieces of themselves. Is that what’s happening here? They are growing larger by the day. Any thoughts?
