Weird title name but good question I think. Do houselights, meaning lights in the ceilings and lamps around the room count towards a day cycle of a reef tank. In other words, reef tanks have a day/night cycle, would houselights affect corals significantly during the night cycle. If my lights are off in the tank and a lamp or Christmas tree is near it would it affect the cycle?

I wouldnt think so, they dont send out the proper spectrum of light and its definitely not focused enough to give the par needed for energy generation by the coral.

Ok sick, i heard some guy say that that should count towards the day cycle and then i realized that some aqarium stores leave their lights on 24/7 so i was conflicted.

My corals close up when my tank lights go out and stay closed even with a hall light near the tank overnight. Even daylight coming in the house in the morning doesn't open things up, fish even stay inactive.

No. It would likely only matter if you were trying to get corals to spawn as they can use lunar cycles for that
