Do I Leave Water In RODI System?

I just used a 3-stage RODI system from Bulk Reef Supply for the first time. Everything worked well, but my question is what do I do with it afterwards? The drainage stopped when I turned off my faucet, so it is still full of water. Do I just store it while it's full of water or is there a way to drain the system?

Yeah no need to do anything with it. Unless it's in an area where it can freeze... which would be weird :)

You should never let RO membrane get dry, or it will loose it's properties, so leave it like it is.

The next time you use it discard the first quart or so.
