Do i need top brace on my DIY sump?

Hello guys.

I have made a custom sump with the dimensions of 110x50x35cm where 35cm is the hight. I just started to fill with water to check for leaks, but then i started to think if i needed a top brace on this? The glass thickness is 8mm. Anybody who knows if i need any?

Found a few calculators that says that the safety factor with 8mm glass is 7 so i guess a rimless design is OK!
