I live in Georgia and winter is arriving. its definetly colder now. do i turn off my chiller for now and put my heater on?

use the proper equipment to keep your temp right. your chiller wont kick on unless it gets hot, so turning it off should not matter. my heater connects to my chiller and uses the thermometer in it to kick on the the heater. just use the equipment you need for the temp you are at right now.

The temp of your tank should tell you what equipment you need to use.
