First order I ordered a Fiji foxface, they sent a one spot. Second order they didnt include heat packs when shipping to a 35 degree destination as they state on their site. 2 bags were leaked. All fish dead. Now, Mitch the manager refuses to refund even with pictures of the fish dead in original bags. I have purchased fish from almost every retailer and this is by far the worst one.

They are insisting that they included heat packs and are claiming their 1 man packaging team never makes mistakes. I chose to have the product shipped to me during cold under the assumption that when their website stated heat packs would be included, that they would be. They haven't made any attempt to respond to leaked bags other than I chose to ship the items during cold temperatures which has nothing to do with them not packaging correctly or including the promised heat packs. From the responses I've got on other posts, this company has name changed 3 times now and people everywhere have received orders with terrible packaging / missing heat packs.
