Do people still go full zeo?

I've been slowly introducing my wife to our tank and how it works and we talked about some of the various methods out there. I've shown here the BRS 160 series and she asked about Zeo. While looking up info I noticed much of it was dated. That got me thinking, with all the options out there has Zeo fallen by the wayside?
