Do vermited snails walk?

I don't believe so. I think they spread by some type of egg or seed. Pop-up randomly.

From what I've read they are actually snails the first day or two after hatching. Once they find a suitable location they transform their head and foot over a few days into the dreaded adult form we all hate.

Again, from what I've read they are just tiny little spiral shaped snails. I've read that they are comparable to cerith or margarheta shape depending on variant. Again, neither sources had photographs.
