I have a Bio Cube 32 and my lights run 24/7 although the night lights are low.

Really should have dark periods. Even if it's fish only and especially if it's with coral. All need to rest. Just as in nature.

Total darkness at least 8 hours.
3 hours dawn (ramp up), 3 hours dusk (ramp down), 8 hours full (however you could dip the light 2 times during this 8 hours), 2 hours just blue (moonlight).

Mine runs 12 hr from 9-9pm. Sump light is on from 7pm-7am. I have an open stand so there’s some light out if they want to see lol. But seriously, you should have dark hours so the animals can rest.

In darkness, the photosynthetic process is at rest. This is important.
Provided the period is consistent, anywhere between 8-14.
