Do you name your fish? What are some of the names you've given your fish?

We name all our fish.
Potter's wrasse-Pippen
Clown-Squirt (super small when I got it)
Cleaner Wrasse- Mickey (Disney name because we picked it up on the way back from Disneyworld)
Orchid Dotty Back- Ursela
Tail Spot Blenny- Apache
Mccoskers Flasher Wrasse- Flash

My mom usually "names" them since she doesn't know what they're really called. Rainbow the solor wrasse, perchy the flame hawk, scoots the green Mandarin, big head the yellow watchman. Actually there was yellow big head and white big head.

No names here, always seemed strange to me, plus it is kinda hard to name a fish :) how about gills, or phineas? Lol maybe Il name them now

I don't name them but they are all referred to as females.

Golden Dwarf Moray Eel named Elie, Starry Blenny named Starlash(eyelashes shaped like stars).

We name all our fish, just doesn't seem right to be talking about "that fish" all the time. Nemo was the big thing around when I got my tang, so it only seemed logical. My clownfish are named after characters in the Whole Nine Yards since they are the "Gangsters" of my tank.

Regal Tang: Dory
Female Clown: Tulip
Male Clown: Figs
Matted Filefish: Uni

The only fish I've named was a Sohal Tang I once had: The Great Khali (a giant wrestler for those who don't know)

I literally just started a reef project so the only fish I have right now are a couple of Chromis just so I have something moving around. I didn't intend to name them but find myself calling them Lightning & Bolt.

Oscar - Admiral Ackbar
Marble Goby - Panzer
Bichir - Liquid Snake
Arowana - Ryu
Wolf Fish - Darth Sidious
Ripsaw catfish - Matrix (John Matrix from Commando)
My oldest fish, a pleco, I named Chewbacca.

Saltwater I've only named one fish and that's my Scooter Blenny. It's name is Scooter McGavin.

Red sea salifin Rc for Ricky Carmichael
Purple tang is RJ for Ricky Johnson
Blue tang is Endo because she had some damage on her nose like she endoed or her bike
Sohal tang Hanna for Bob Hanna
Cleaner wrasse Aterix for the medical crew
Smith fang blenny is shoei like the helmets
Scissor tail is Link
Purple fire fish is Thor like the gear
Filliment wrasse is Kdub for Kevin Windham
All the chromis are the rappels
Cleaner shrimp is holeshot because of the white stripe
Star fish is alpine

Picasso clownfish with the helmet marking: Poseidon, king of the seas.
Other picasso clownfish, but missing one of the bottom fins. So therefore, like missing a leg like a pirate so: Captain Jack Sparrow
Tailspot Blenny: We all know they act like little puppies, so: Puppy
Tiger Blenny: Tigger
Pistol Shrimp: Pistol Pete, named after Pete Sampras.

Two cleaner shrimp - Jacque and Ceusto
Coral Banded shrimp - Bama (red and white.....Roll Tide!)
Sixline Wrasse - Kisemmy (as in kiss my wrasse)

Scotter Blenny - Luigi ( he moves around like Luigi in the Mario game)

I only named one of the hermits because it is the only one with black legs....Blackie Chan.( He's like a ninja)
