Do you Read much anymore or less since getting into the hobby

Hello All! I was going thru my tablet and discovered about 25 books I want to read or should have read by now. I would have finished all of these the moment they were released but since re-entering the hobby I only got around to a few. History, fiction, Bio's and current events, Even trade journals sit
for a week or two

i like to read before i go to sleep for half an hour or more. Reefing hasn't slowed me down. I more go thru phases in reading. I really love fantasy, swords magic THIC deep plot lines and like 10 book series with novellas haha. If you like this i HIGHLY recommend the series and all related novellas: "A Tale of the Malazan Book of the Fallen". I've read the main series twice. thinking about starting it up again. There is just so much there. fantastic world building.

I'll check it out, I try to find engaging series for my 14 YO son.
I read some T. Goodkind wheels of time, The Seeker series is popular. How about Allen Eckart any one. History channel is doing a series based on his frontiersmen series.

Have you read Taylor, Fury, Berenson, or Cameron?

I do read to put myself to sleep, if I stay on R2R too long at night, Ill be up all night going through threads like a silent stalker.

I've been into pandemic type books lately, like A.G. Riddle.... little break form my norm.

these two are new to me. I'll check them out, You Read Gold Coast By DeMille (1 of my top 10) He's gotta be big in NY, Timeline M. Crichton is another good read.

I'm a big history reader these days. I do love the fantasies,sorcery, swords & armies. The good guys always way out maned, Tolkein is by far my fav author. I still read every day just for a little these days.

David McCullough is a great author for history, John Adams was a fantastic book and opened my eyes to what was really happening during that period, and How our current partisan politics was born.

Very Cool ! I'm reading a bio of Thomas Jefferson. There is a lot of John Adams mentioned in detail. The politics then is the same now ! To think our founding Fathers were all buddy's, one would be mistaken !

I wouldn't say I read less, I actually read more. Sci-fi fantasy is of course my first love, Mary Stewart in particular and Marion Zimmer Bradley but I also enjoy thrillers, suspense and anything 16th - 18th century both fiction and history. My newest interests now include oceanic life and reefing.
