Hoping someone has seen a fish guard for the emergency overflow on the IM AIO tanks. Not looking for the one that fits over the filter overflow, I can find those. I seem to have a goby or blenny jump over the emergency overflow weekly. I've lowered the water below the recommended level and it still happens.

Not that I've seen. But it would be extremely easy to make one with a piece of acrylic. Most online online shops will make cuts then send you the pieces to put together. Holes drilled in a pattern using a step bit for flow.

It fuses together with a product called weld-on. If you want to be even cheaper, you can use super glue (not get) and sprinkle baking soda on the glue. That alone instantly sets the glue, but it also creates enough chemical reaction to heat and bond the acrylic. The super glue and baking soda trick is ugly though.
