Hi guys I moved my anemone and clownfish in an seperat tank. I cyceld the tank with used filtermedia and some sand.
From day one the anemone look phenomenal. It was big as hell.
Then i did a watherchnace ( 1 month ago) and since then the anemone looks terrible.
I know that the BTA can be little b... when somethibg chance but 1 Month!?.

I did an ICP and exept of Jodine of 30 and no mangan it was super. 92%
Po4 0.05
No3 5
Calcium 416 ore so Magnesium 1341 andKH 7.7 like my other tank.
Salinity 34.88
ICP
po4 hanna checker
I corected Jodine and mangan.
and dose a little jodine daily.
But it still looks terrible.

I have a surface skimmer heater and some sponge filter nothibg else.

Your no3 and po4 is lower. My anemones look happier at 15 20 nitrates and .1 .15 phosphates.
Itcan also explain why the situation got worse after a waterchange...

Did you move the anemone attached to the rock or did it have to reattach its footing? They can look completely different when they adjust to a new location.

The other thing that I have seen water change triggers the anemone to split and they look weird as they tear themselves apart.

the anemone does not look unhappy to me, less fully inflated than before but not a cause for concern in my opinion and experience. I suspect it will rebound fully in short order.

An ICP on just your source water might be a good idea. I’ve found the less I do to the tank the better for my nems
