Does anyone know if you can treat ich with hermit crabs in tank?

From what I can see in the picture it looks like lympho to me. I do see the infected eye some. Is it just the one eye or both?

I'm still thinking those are too large to be ich. There aren't any other indicators like scratching, flashing, heavy breathing, lethargy, lack of appetite?

No, not really, eating fine, no heavy breathing or lethargy

For whatever it's worth, I also really think you've got lymph and not ich.
