hidden cup coral? I had something similar on live rock I ordered from tampa bay saltwater. the coral eventually died.

It came from my old tank. It’s Carib sea live rock.

It’s not bad. If it grew there after added to tank, I would generalize and say it’s a good indication of ecosystem health.

They seems to be growing everywhere it looks like it has a foot of some sort. My old other set up never had those but as soon as I placed some of that rock in my new set up they seems to be all over the place.

A better close up picture may help to identify. However, if you don’t like it, then get rid of it. A toothbrush dipped in peroxide should eliminate it.

Yes, if you can remove rock from tank. However, I use toothbrush dipped in peroxide to spot treat in the water.
