I have this white fuzzy looking thing growing on my frag plug and Idk what it is if you tap the photo and zoom in you will see it on the bottom left of the frag plug

"White fuzzy thing" describes a pineapple sponge but I don't see nothing in your photo that looks white and fuzzy.
I would have snapped that Duncan off of the plug and glued the skeleton directly to the rock to avoid hitchhickers.
