Is this a flatworm on the side of my One Spot Foxface?

Mine had something very similar to this the other day. It went away in about three days.

This would possibly explain mine as I have around 8 or so tuxedo urchins in my tank...although their spines are small. The other culprit could be my bristletooth tang, but those generally are not round lesions.
 
Doesn’t look like a flatworm but because fox faces lay on the bottom or up against glass when resting or scared, flatworms will sometimes crawl onto them
