Does Ecotech ever offer sales?

Few and far between. They usually offer them when they are about to release a new product.

They did, however, have a sale on their powerheads in September. Been a while before that since their last sale, generally not even participating in Black Friday.

Best bet is finding one at A LFS I just bought a MP40 10% off and I know WWC had them for 15% off last week.

They offered a whopping 10% off on Black Friday in 2016. Fail.

Not in my eperience but their products are reliable as hell and their support is AMAZING. Worth every penny. Every time. And I’ve had 12 radions, four mp40s and two mp60s.

every other brand has sales like gyres so they are not gonna make as many sales as people tend to buy whats on sale. I say they need to get on the sale boat this once a year sale stuff and only 10% off stuff is making people think twice. Now granted they don't really care because they make so much money but still sales are what fuel people to buy. Thats what I learned from a family in business and in school.

Cant help but laugh at these 10-15% sale.. When items cost $200-$400.......

Honestly the "sales" this hobby has is just embarrassing considering how expensive everything is.

Marine depot has a 11% sale the other day.... like what??????????????????????????????????

at $800 per xr30 I'd gladly take 10% off when I'm looking to buy 4 of them. Its not really the money as much as the idea of getting a deal.

If you are looking for LED lights, the Mitras are on sale for black Friday, they are a better light in my opinion even if not on sale. Also I believe the new Orphecks are on sale thru Cyber Monday, and they seem like a very good light to. Oh well they must be making so much money they don't need to put their product on sale, and to be honest with you, if I thought they were a better light then the Mitra's I would buy them regardless if they were on sale or not, but as I stated before, they are not better then the Mitra's.

Mostly personal experience having seen and used both the lights. The Mitra's also have a larger coverage area, and with built in reflectors you get better light blending, and less shadowing. The Mita's for me are easier to program then the Radions, but make no mistake, they are both really good lighting systems, just depends on your taste.
