I’ve had a pair of clowns for a bit over a week know and I’ve noticed that one of my clownfish has a white spot on its head. If anyone knows what it could be please tell me

I see a couple possibilities but pic fuzzy and a a little blue

Sorry, the photo isn't really clear enough to tell for sure. Are you talking about the discoloration below its eye? Does the fish have any other symptoms?

I'm assuming you mean 'below the eye'? the lihghter area that is a little less dark than the face? If it's not that I do not see another 'white spot? Any other symptoms? EDIT - SORRY I DID NOT SEE @Jay Hemdal s response.

If it is the lightening under the eye - It could be an injury, it could be the start of brooklynella, it could be an injury followed by a local bacterial infection.

Can you give any more history? When did it start, did you QT the fish, your parameters, etc?
