Does my growth look good?

Not the best pics from my iPhone 6s but just wanted to show the growth. Does this look to be about average growth for 1 month? They seem to be encrusting on the plugs but not upward yet.

I feel it's kind of slow though. Since my crash a few months ago, everything just seems slow to recover. And anything new just takes a while. The tanks almost 3 years old and looked great, then boom gone.
