I have a Biota Mandarin and just want to make sure he looks healthy to a more trained eye than mine. He is very camera shy (no joke) and these are the best shots I could get:

here’s a video

Thank you, everyone. I had the orange filter on and was hoping it would help. Next time I’ll have to turn on only white lights and then take some shots so it’s clear!

No real detail in pics. Mandarins look healthy when you cannot see the backbone or ribs. When well fed, they can become adorable little fat tadpoles.
I’m not sure if these are sufficient quality - he’s in the shade but it’s the best I’ve been able to get. Grrr

Looks healthy to me.
Also, just a little tip if you're trying to take pics with your phone you can download a free camera app that let's you adjust white balance. Turning white balance all the way up will help counteract the blue and give realistic looking pictures.

If you're on android, the camera app should have a "pro" mode where you can change the white balance to 10k

I am on Android and I use an app called AZ Camera and it does allow for the adjustment of white balance to 10,000. It's made a huge difference in the way my pictures of the tank look.
I didn't realize 10,000 was I guess the sweet spot. I just used the app someone else suggested and turned the WB all the way up.
