I accidentally hit post, so apologies for the awful title.

I threw a handful of these snails in my tank when I was cycling still a few months ago. I noticed this weird worm shape but never anything else. Today while I was feeding, I saw what looked like the head of a feather duster worm. Does my snail have a friend?

Cool I had a hermit crab that for awhile had a feather duster on his shell but then he replaced his shell
