#WelcometoR2R

Glad you joined. I am wondering if you did a fresh water did on the guy when you got him or her. I think we may just want an expert such as @Mjrenz to look to be sure it’s not flukes.

And again Welcome

@CrabsMcJones I have 2 absolute zero clowns, 1 green chromi, 1 yellow tail damsel, 1 Pajama Cardinal, 1 Diamond Goby, and 1 Cleaner Shrimp plus a few crabs and snails. Some coral as well

This looks like flukes vs Ich to me. Definitely conduct a FWD to identify what you’re dealing with. My bets are on flukes though.

If the result conclude flukes, then treat the fish with 2 rounds of Prazipro in QT and allow DT to run fallow for 4 weeks or alternatively you can treat directly into DT as it is considered reef safe. Keep in mind though it will kill any feather dusters, bristle worms, possibly even anemones.

Good luck!

I have one of those. He's skittish and scrapes occasionally going thru caves and tunnels.

I know this was several years ago but my Tomini looks exactly like this. Did you ever determine what it was?
