Does reefers sharing online reefing influence your tank?

Whether you consider it good or bad, the reality is that we live in a world where influence is all around! And our reefing world isn't excluded from online influence, either. Maybe that influence simply looks like sharing stunning tanks with unique corals, fish, and setups, or reefers who share about certain reefing products and reefing advancements. No matter what the influence around you looks like, does it influence how you reef? Let's discuss it!

Supposedly "influenza" comes from the Italians calling it being under "the influence" when you'd come down with it...due to all the strange behaviors and symptoms. I suspect they considered it bad!!!

As far as reefing goes I try to let as many good, relevant periodicals, books and scientific journals influence me as possible.

Strange – yet conforming to the "influence of the times" somehow – my book recommendation thread I was just going to link here has somehow wound up in the Lounge. It's a thread about reef books for heaven's sake. The Lounge is for (eg) fart jokes. One would think (hope?) this thread or another one like it, if such exists, would be a sticky in one of the main reef groups. Wow.
