I have a 14g BioCube that has been a QT for small fish for quite a while. I will be changing this tank to a hospital tank, so I want to experient a little.
It has some hair algae and red, purple, green Cyanobacteria, but not bad. Over feeding & no skimmer or mechanical filtering, just water changes, but good old live rock with good amount of coraline.
Dr. Tim, Seachem and several more company's have their own ''miracle'' worker, algae go away for dumb dumbers. I came across this ReegHD Reef Flux as an example.
Do any of these work well ?
Not,...as a start over, but safe for fish & corals.
