Does reefwave 25 & TMC return puturn off when it gets disconnected from the WiFi?

Sooooo,

I’m currently on vacation and got a notification from my internet provider that the WiFi in the are a is down. I’m quite worried as not my Reefwave 25 and TMC pump settings are chosen via the WiFi option using the apps they provide.

I since haven’t been able to connect to the devices but the WiFi in the area has returned.

Does anyone happen to know of the Reefwave 25 or the TMC return pump turn off if they are disconnected or so they continue with the settings I had them set through the WiFi option?

I’m panicking as I had both of them set way below 100% power as not to spill over the top of the tank and dred getting home to a flooded living room!

The ReefWaves will automatically return to their schedule. If they fail to reconnect I believe it just defaults to a straight wave at a lower setting. The IceCap battery backup works for ReefWaves as well and can give you up to 35 hours of operation.

I'm unfamiliar with the TMC return pump, but I would assume it's similar to my Sicce WiFi in that it will return to the programmed speed or in the absence of that, go off the speed set in the controller.
