Does this guy have brookynella?

New tank set up 4/20. 20 gallon AIO. Currently running skimmer, floss, chemipure blue. This guy was added 5/4. Second clown was added 5/22. Only other tank inhabitants are 2 hermit crabs and 2 snails. The tank is currently in its ugly phase. A little bit of diatoms on the the rocks and some sort of other green algae on some of the rocks. I currently have the lights only running at 10% to not fuel additional algae growth.

PH: 7.9
Salinity: 1.27
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: 20ppm

I noticed last night his tail and dorsal fins seems to be not as bright in color. Today I'd say his whole body is a little off on color. His behavior up until this afternoon has been normal. He ate fine yesterday and today. He's been swimming around. His tank mate has been chasing him somewhat relentlessly the last week or two. Not fighting and nipping, just chasing, and he's been doing the wiggles like they're pairing up. His breathing doesn't appear to be labored as far as I can tell. Having a hard time counting breaths. He has on quite a few occasions this afternoon taken shelter under some rocks, though he's out and swimming around at the moment.

I see some build up of mucus and possible bacterial lesions as image is a little blurry. Often with brook, themost significant sign will be the amount of slime on its body which generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.
You can safely add to the tank, Ruby rally pro which addresses many clown issues and temporary relief can be achieved by giving the fish a FW bath or dip in water same temperature as display tank. Even though this step will not cure the disease, it can help to remove some of the parasites, as well as reduce the amount of mucus in the gills to assist with respiration problems.

I don't see distinctive Brooklynella symptoms, so if it is there, it is just getting started. Captive raised clowns don't get Brook as often as wild caught clowns, but if they were housed with wild clowns at the dealer, they can pick it up.

Just a side note: the "chasing" that you are seeing could be serious, in that when you are not watching the fish, it will no doubt be worse. That can wear down the weaker fish. It also can become a "what came first, the chicken or the egg?" that is, is the fighting causing the weakness, or is there some underlying issue making this clown weaker and more prone to being attacked.

I'm wondering if it's stress... I came in to the office last night for something else and turned the lights on to check on him and his color actually looked pretty good.. A little faded again this morning, but not as bad as it had been at one point yesterday. I just found this thread and it seems to be what's happening.
