Does this look like Unknown neurological wrasse disease

Is this unknown neurological wrasse disease??
My naoko fairy wrasse arrived alive, and is still alive currently that I bought from saltwaterfish. When it arrived it was in an arch, not straight, and would swim in weird patterns with it's head oriented up sometimes. Since this is my first fairy wrasse I thought it was normal, as it was eating and otherwise looking just fine. It was in a quarantine tank with copper, level has been 2.48 with copper power. On Thursday evening I noticed it swimming sideways on the bottom of the tank and upside down. It was acting as it has normally in the morning and it ate fine. I had a jawfish act weird like that during the copper treatment so I removed the wrasse to my 2nd quarantine tank without copper in it. The jawfish had recovered after the move in a few hours, so I was hoping for the best. The fish is still eating but is now just staying towards the bottom of the tank and swimming only on its side and back.

Yeah unfortunately this was the exact same as my naoko and it died recently after, im sorry as they are such amazing fish but i dont think there is any chance of it surviving unfortunately especially as it is exactly what i saw with mine. Just make it as comfortable as possible

I mean definitely keep it out of copper for now it might have a chance after seeing the video but it is slim as it does look quite a lot like unrd

Fish is very thin and unfortunately is moribund and may be the result of UNWD which shows neurological symptoms where it either cannot swim well, swims tail down or swims with a bent spine and despite all this, the wrasse will still attempt to feed and display no damage such as crashing into objects. Other could be depending where fish is from, cyanide capture which is delayed but the fish ends up in this state

If it still tries to eat, then yes, this is classic UNWD. The fish does look a bit thin though, and that isn't part of the set of symptoms for this. Copper has no impact on this issue.

In this case, in trying to work out the timing, it may be that the fish was showing symptoms prior to you receiving it. That could account for the thinness - it may not have been able to get enough food while at the dealer's.

Yes, when I was researching what it could be your article was one of the first things that popped up on the search engine. It was just swimming at an angle most of the time and had an arch in his body when I got it, but was eating like a fiend. Was still getting around the tank fine and would swim with the other fish in quarantine I got at the same time. Would scarf anything that went into the tank.

It had arrived thin. It had just popped up on the saltwater.com website before I got it so am sure it has been traveling for a while. It was eating quite a bit the first week until it started to swim as bad as it is now. It still eats, just can't get as much food swimming like that.

Somewhat.... if fish is still in same condition..... its likely declining
