So first I’ll get some responses before I say my concern.
So tell me do you all think this nem looks happy/healthy ... why or why not?

I think he looks fine...are you concerned with the contorting bubbles?? I have some like that and some with two tips on one tentacle...
 
Well that’s good to hear! But no the bubbles aren’t my concern. When I got it around a month ago it was almost twice that size, it acted strange for the first few days then it’s been like that every since. But it was much bigger at my LFS he eats fine I’m just concerned about his size , also he has never moved but maybe 1 inch from the spot I first placed him
 
Probably just adjusting to different lights... the LFS lights may have been insufficient...
 
Yea this is my first nem so I’m not very familiar with what’s good & bad but he looks fine just smaller
