Does this plate need a coral dip?

I noticed some cloudy tissue along the coral and I had just moved it a couple of days ago not sure if I need to dip it or not. Wind I use is a turkey baster some of it detaches

You may have damaged the edge slightly when you moved it and remounted it. The flesh and skeleton are quite fragile.

It may be reacting to being moved. I would leave it and think removing it to dip would just add more stress/ irritation.
